Collision issue? [Solved]

hi GT

i cut a hole into one of my models to add a hanger to it, and it looks fine in xsi
but in game there is collision where the hole should be. is there any way to fix this :S

Did you define any collision for this model in XSI?
Try putting this in your *.msh.option file:
