Localization Problem

When i open Bfbuilder and decide I feel like localizing something I try to but NOOOOOO the button won't click down so localize thing won't open up. Is there something I missed or another way I can start this up?

go to datamodid folder and double click the edit_pc_addon_localize.bat or whatever and you'll localize it
