This map is great, but dying is easier than blinking. Most of the weapons were one shot-kills I think. Made snipers almost useless, as spraying bullets randomly would serve the same purpose, and probably kill a couple vehicles at the same time.

Maybe you could make the melee units harder to kill so they get a chance to attack

Very cool map, but the fog plays havoc with my system. I have to have everything on low and resolution set to 800X600 to play without any relative skippyness. But thats probably because of my crappy PC.

I don't know anything about how to fix this or if its possible, but the texture on the walkways sometimes flickers.

Oh, and I also played your Hoth map which was fantastic, you should consider making more movie-maps, like Endor or Geonosis or something.

Na Hb, you wouldn't want a endor map. To many really weak units aginst a whole legion of stormies and a bunch of at-sts. Its just wouldn't be the same in the game...so any way here are my thoughts:

1. lot of people hate this one: dying before you can blink. It's a [cokezero] online cause of that spawn timer...But, if you make the droidreka shield stronger and give the RC stronger armor and shielding, people would stop complaining.

2. The AAT is waaaay to strong, and if you want keep it that way, you may want to give some kind of shot delay to the drivers missles.

3. The at-te can die way to easily, and it might be better if it had stronger armor.

Thats about it for me. If you do those things, this may become a better map.....or not...one more thing, where did get all those gernade models? They look so cool, and you should release the arc170's odf, because it's one of the best ones out there.

if the lasers weren´t that strong, the map wouldn´t be movielike. and the atte is allready heavier armored than it actually was. in one scene in Ep2 one hailfiremissile destroys a whole atte. In my map the atte can survive up to 4 hailfiremissiles.
The new grenade models are made by DarthD.U.C.K(corectly spelled xD) and the model for the concussion grenade was released by syth in his model pack as a V1 detonator model.
The threeseater arc170 odf is based on an odf ARC Commander gave me.

I was just thinking that some Mygeeto bridge objects might be good for this map. Especcially the craters. It will give it more of a warlike feel, and add a little more cover so you don't die as easily. Right now I'm using friendly units for cover. So maybe some craters and/or rubble on the bridge would be good. We all know that Coruscant didn't survive without a few scars.

I still think the RC should have better armor and shielding, but thats not up to me. But still, at least give the aat driver missles a shot delay. Maybe three or two secs might do...reguarding the atte, I'm fine with it. How ever, the droid star fighters lasers can take out the atte to quickly...weaken them a bit and since the they have limted missles it won't affect effect the game play all lot. Any way, I'm still gona keep this map in my addon folder, and since I couldn't find Duck's models, he must of given them to select people. Keep up the good work btw. :thumbs:

the mygeeto bridges are too small and they´re invisible if you fall under them. I would like to have a bridge model with crates but the shipped models from mygeeto aren´t very good for this map.

Yeah, thats what i was thinking. I still would suggest putting in some rubble. With 1 hit kills you need to be able to have some sort of protection.

In the show you see Fordo holding the line in this hole in the ground and I think theres some barriers you could try this

Ok two things
1. Got another thing you could fix if you wanted. Theres a cp I think its 7 thats up in a tower but its capturable from the street this makes it too easy so maybe you could somehow make it only captureable from the top level
2. If you need a tester for the next version of this map I would really like to do it

Ok, I like the map and all but two things:

1) I don't really like the 1-hit kill thing. It really gets annoying if your not a good player and you keep on getting killed.

2) Of all the Heroes that you could have chosen why Shaak Ti? She was never on Coruscant. You could have choose Obi-Wan.

If you have seen the animated series you would see that Shak Ti has a big role in keeping Palpatine safe but then grievous gets her

Oh, ok. But she escaped Order 66 then went to Felucia with Maris Brood to be later assassinated by Darth Vader's apprentice. 8)

i can make some craters, if you havent pushed the objectlimit allready
and i exported grievous sabers correctly
shaak ti was killed twice in unused scenes for episode 3 by the way

there is still space for some more objects, so i could add craters if you made a model for me :mrgreen:

This Map is really fun however you have probably read this a thousand times now but it is way to easy to die, and the AT-TE just gets killed were it spawns.
my only suggestions are this
1. Add Mace Windu or Replace Shaak Ti because he was there tearing it up with Yoda in the scene i think your specifically trying to recreate.
2. AT LEAST make the AT-TE strong enough to walk a few meters
3. more cover and props would be cool also especially on the bridges.
Other then that stuff this map is my favorite BF2 map thanks man!
