which line in the combo odf do I edit to change the lightsaber's damage, because there are like 50 lines that tell the damage.

they are all for damage. The damage has a specific value for every different attack. For example, the first slash could do a small amount of damage, the second slash could do moderate damage, and the third slash could do big damage. This also goes for sprint attacks, and jumpfall attacks.

so by editing one I could still make an attack on the lightsaber stronger? because I wanted it to be a one hit one kill ratio.

then just give all those damage( ) a really big value like 5000
