Custom class showing up black

Custom class showing up black
I customized the skins of the felucia trooper and the engineer and for some reason they both show up completely black ingame. Does anyone know why it is doing this?

did you turn off RLE compression when you saved them?

That would be most likely the problem. If you made changes to the MSH make sure you made them correctly, eg. changing the HEDR and MSH values, also make sure you didnt accidently change the skin name in the msh file.
