i was just wondering if i learned to make models and worked really hard for like a month on a model of a space marine from the Warhammer 40,000 series would it be a big copyright issue to use it on a mod and then upload it. here a picture of a space marine i found on google image

If
A) It is your own model, and
B) The mod it is in is not used for any commercial purposes.
Then it will be fine.
If
A) The model has been ripped from the game itself
B) The mod is used for any commercial purposes.
It would be illegal.

The grammar nerd in me has to correct you - it's copyright, as in whether people have the right to copy your stuff. :D
