So I made a minimap using this tutorial

Everything on my minimap is in color , it's okay but I prefer if my minimap looks official like the ones in the original battlefront 2 levels.

This is my first time making a minimap and I wanted to know if anyone had any tips or methods on "Painting over" the color and improving minimap quality. :atatpilot:

I would suggest that you open up the file in Paint.NET, and simply turn it black and white. From there, you can adjust the darkness/brightness and the contrast to darken it and make it look "official".
