Location of Spoken Dialogue by AI In-Game

What are the sounds for speaking characters located? Y'know, like "They took our command post!" or "There's a wookie!"
I'd assume they're located in the side .LVLs, like the Republic voices being in rep.lvl.

Hm, can these be changed for mod maps? That'd be quite interesting.

If so, is there an already-made tutorial I could follow? Or even better, could these be changed to change the entire game's dialogue, and not just one map?
