Particle editor (Solved)
I never read how to fix the particle editor before the Everything You Need disappeared, so does anyone know how to fix it? I really want to try it out

Hmm, a particle editor...I wonder wat that does... maybe it EDITS PARTICLES! You can make effects with it I think
It doesnt work unless you do something to it and it is located in the BF2_Modtools\ToolsFL\bin
