I am not fully sure where this one goes, but I think this is m best bet.
Okay, so a while back I got this thing in my pcmunge log which said Access Denied. I then right clicked in the data_*** folder and went to properties and then unchecked the read only section and clicked appy to subfolders and all that stuff. Once that was finished I clicked okay and remunged. I still got the errors. I checked and sure enough the read only section was checked again, and every time I uncheck it, it just goes right back. Any ideas of how to fix this?

I had that happen once, I had a trojan. I had to back up my data and clean sweep the drive entirely to kill it off. Hopefully you don't have as big of an issue.

Sometimes it also is just a Windows thing (thank you Bill Gates) I get it on occassion as well. I just do what you said you tried and it cleared it. I suggest either try the directory and subdirectory thing again, if that doesn't work try doing it to each subdirectory then go back and do the main directory.

Frag, I tried, both, but in each subdirectory it still resets. Does this mean I have to make a duplicate folder somwhere else and delete this one to kill it off?

Try this, do the unclick read only thing, don't close explorer, don't check the properties, but try and do a munge. Failing that then try copying contents to another new folder.
