Crashes...

ARGGHHH! My map keeps crashing! Whenever i add a building or change the terrain it crashes! The sides for it and stuff work fine but it always crashes! I get the screen where you choose the cp and stuff but when i press spawn it crashes :cry: :runaway:

Actual errors found in the mungelog essentially tell you the game will crash before playing. Warnings in the mungelog just tell you there may be a problem, and generally aren't important. That said, to the problem: Textures have to use pixel width and height that are powers of 2, and I believe they must also be square (same width and height). In other words, use 2x2, 4x4, 8x8, 16x16, 32x32, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, etc.

Btw, you should use the error log (produced by the exe that comes with the tools) to help troubleshoot. It picks up on a lot more errors.

The map will be too big to pm. So upload it to filefront then pm the link. I'll get the log done as soon as possible. Then delete the file off of filefront.

Sorry but i forgot something. I deleted the map. ****. I forgot that i made a backup of the sides and just stuck it in a different map. I reckon i fixed it now though ;)
