How do I get a unit to dispense troops and vehicles?
Can I please have the file to edit and what to edit it with?

Just edit the ODF of a health dispenser or a mine dispenser. I figured this out a long time ago, just reference the units or vehicles MSH file in the dispensers ODF.

erm....
you have to reference the odf not the msh
and dispensing units is a bit harder
but
this topic explains how to do it
