self made bespin cloud city conversion crashes [Solved]

so I converted bespin cloud city and when I go ingame it crashes. does anyone know am I missing something does it need a special req file or something else ?
oh wait never mind I reconverted it using teancums tutorial and its fine but inside the carbon freeing chamber the shadow or lights make the characters black
