Does Battlefront have GMax support?

Worry if this has been asked before but does battleffront have g max support beacuse im getting the hang of useing it now and would like to try and mod.

nope. only xsi. You can convert from gmax to xsi, but it is a very indepth proccess.

BLENDER is a 3D modelling software, which - as GMax - is entirely free.

http://www.blender.org/ this is the best free 3d modeller program.
however it is possible export in other format for ex. obj,3ds(plugins),x,truespace and other.

If blender supports exportation to .obj files, then the licensed XSI supports that format natively. I don't think modtools does though, but you will need biturn to convert the obj file to .xsi. I'll look on my comp to find where I put the files for converting gmax files and I'll give instructions on how to do it here. Might be a while though.
