Message Severity 3 crashes caused by missing anims

Ok,
I had a previous topic where I could not get the CIS modifications to come in game. My other sides worked, I hade made modifications to the Republic, Alliance and Empire which all worked, except for the heroes crashing when i selected them while playing.
Looking at the BFront2.log, and with the help of Darth Rogue Knight, I was able to see what the supposed problem was. I was missing certain anim banks such as maul, mace and clonecommander. These were in my data_ZAA/side/rep folder as well as in the assets. I copied these over to the CIS/munged from the asset folder and VisualMunged.
It still crashed, with the same Message Severity 3, all to do with mace, maul and clonecommander.
Right now I am at a dead end. I am not sure what else I can do now. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
