Yes, I know but I think GIMP and Photoshop are the best programs to edit skins.
But its just my opinion
Paint.NET is tied with GIMP for first place, in my opinion.

I really like the scratches and colorscheme, but the "blood" makes him look like he's been paintballing. It's too bright and too round. Otherwise, he looks great

I sooooo need this for future updates to the Convo Pack. He'd make a great update to one of the 41st characters.
