Does anybody know how i can remove the ground of a map?

As far as I know, You can't.
You could just lower the ground alot.
Although... if in your maps world1 folder, you delete the ABC.ter file, that might actually delete the ground.

Maybe you should take a look at the worldfiles. (myg1.req and so on)
Just an idea...
But first you should try Calebs idea.

Don't delete the terrain file. I have a feeling that nothing good will come of that.
For maps like mygetoo, I think the terrain is just really far down. Try lowering it, and then building your world up in the air. Or check out a space map.

Bac is right. Get a terrain file from a shipped space map and rename it to ABC.ter (or whatever) and it should work.
