Mod tools help :/

Hey modders out there, I need some help with my mod tools. I recently started modding again and I had this same problem when I first started, my problem is that my mod tools is not munging correctly, once I finish trying to munge my test maps just to see if I fix the munge it only munges the addme.script for some reason, How do I get mod tools to munge all the .lvl files and the whole folder with all of its data inside my addon folder? I've tried and it's starting to be really frustrating. I'd appreciate the help!
