Hey, I heard that in the first version of the convo pack they had king of the hill, why isn't it in the 2nd one? Is the 2nd one not a 2nd version of the convo pack, but a completely separate expansion? Also, I heard there was a meelee attack for kit fisto where he does an epic kick, that's gone too I take it?

There's a KotH in Battle Arena 2.0, I don't know about one in an old version of the convo pack (I wasn't around back then)
The key to using Kit Fisto's special is to press F (force block), or F and Mouse1, somewhere in the combo, but I don't remember exactly where.

When we (Mav) added KotOR mode to the game we had to make a choice -- having all the modes on all the maps 1.9 had plus KotOR would put us very close to the 500 mission limit, meaning folks couldn't download any other big mods, nor very many maps. Long story short KoH was one of the things that got cut.

King of the hill actually wasn't even removed until the 2.2 patch - even in the 2.0 release, it was present on Ord Ibanna. But yes, like Tean said, as the mission count got higher it moved to the front of the chopping block - the mode wasn't working optimally, and rather than fix it (and because we needed to cut modes anyway) it got cut.

Just out of curiosity, how many missions does the conversion pack have?

In the 2.2 patched form, about 350.

Can Anyone tell me how to do that kit fisto melee attack where he does that epic kick? Like step by step.

I won't give it away, but his punching and kicking have to do with how you press fire/secondary fire. Try different combinations really fast.
