Uploading Screens (Stupid Question)

Just wondering, how do you post screens in your posts without linking to another site? Been trying for a while but it doesnt seem to work.
Sorry if this is the wrong forum but it seemed like the best place to ask.

's take it from the beginning.
You upload an image that you have saved on your computer, at
ImageShack.
When you have uploaded your picture,
Copy
( Ctrl
+ C ) the link in the ''
Direct link to image'' field, then you
Paste
( Ctrl
+ V ) in your
Forum
Post.
It should look like this
