Level Designation Problem [Solved]

Ok, so I place a bunch of Yavin 4 buildings and walls on the ground (Level designation 0). Made sure all objects were on the right level (0). Everything looks perfect, even when I zoom in on ZE. But while playing, some of the buildings are hovering off the ground. Not high enough to throw a grenade under, but high enough to know it's not right. Is the collision geometry getting in the way or something?

Put them at -0.5 and see if it looks right.

Collision geometry should have nothing to do with where the actual object is placed. Where the base of the object is at the "0" height is where the null (usually named dummyroot) was placed in relation to said object in the modeling program. If it lines up in zero editor, you can always experiment with an exaggerated lower height, to see if you can come up with something that works.
There may also be a fix to this problem, but I don't know it.
