Boundary Issue

Recently I found out that I can move boundary points by switching to Path Mode. So, I did that and went to town. I had all the points placed where I wanted them. However, when I played the map in game the boundaries were way off. For instance, an entire CP was out of bounds so all the units that spawned there dropped like flies. I've never seen a ticket count go down so fast before. I just would like to know why it does this and if I need to switch the boundary back to default. Thanks.

No I moved the boundary points using Path Mode. However in game the boundaries were way off from where I had them. So I guess I'm not supposed to move the boundary nodes?
