Hey Tean or Mav, I was wondering... could we make a topic of our pros and cons about the Conversion Pack? Like I'll have mine, then people can post theirs on my thread.

Would that be okay??

No, because the pack is done and finished, so there's no point in doing something like that - nothing will change.

Hey Mav I just noticed on endor the little ships up in the corner are switched so the star destroyer is the mon cal in the corner. I would have put this in bug reports but I thought it could have been that patch you gave us because I only just noticed it after you gave it to us

If this is something you had to have played KOTOR to figure out, there's no way I'll find it.
Good grief it's not a tough-to-find easter egg; you've probably already found it if you've flown out to the actual Star Forge.
Ah, I thought it was some really complex thing you had to do. Sorry, thanks Mav. :P

Yeah, it's much more of a real easter egg and not the ridiculously-complex things I do some other times.

Finally found the easter egg in Rakata Prime
Don't read the hidden text if you haven't found the easter egg
Hidden/Spoiler:
Too bad the Ebon Hawk wasn't flyable
and
Hidden/Spoiler:
I found in Space Endor the "Alliance espionage transmitter". Is this the node everyone is talking about?

It shouldn't.

Yep, that's part of the easter egg.

Oh yeah, I was playing Space Endor last night and forgot to look for it!!

EDIT
How come Naboo: Theed was taken out of the final Conversion Pack? I'm guessing because it looked almost the same as the original one in BF2?

Another thing, I was wondering... if I were to put a custom map in the Conversion Pack folder such as like Skyhammer 216's Kadrala Islands map or a different one, will that have the 3 extra units?? I highly doubt it.

1: It's EXACTLY the same as BFII's theed, but daytime.
2: I don't think it'll even show up, as it wasn't munged with the convo pack.

Naboo: Theed (daytime) is still in there, it just only shows up for Classic and KotOR conquest.

And no, just putting the map in there wouldn't do anything (except make the map disappear from your game).

You know, it occurs to me, maybe it might have been good to have had the installer in a zip file?... 7zip would have been even better... 758MB IS a really, REALLY big download... But, I'm sure it will be much, MUCH more than worth it.

It's compressed more than .zip, .rar, or 7zip would have compressed it. Decompressed the pack is about 3.5GB.

3.5GB?!?!?! Well, I guess it's a good thing I have my 500GB HDD to install it on...

You've got to consider how much this is adding when you think about its size - it adds about 25 maps (about the same number as in the whole original game). It also adds a lot of new side content (including the whole 1.3 stuff). All things considered, it's actually a pretty small download.
