Wiimote Project

This may not be the greatest place to put this, as it isn't a map, and isn't really a mod, but here i go...

I just happen to have a wiimote and GlovePIE sitting around, and i thought it would be really cool to play SWBF2 using the wiiimote. So.. i wrote myself a basic program, and tested it. I think it's okay, but i'd like some feedback.

If you'd like to help, you need to have:
a computer with bluetooth and SWBF2,
a wiimote and a nunchuck,
my program(found here: http://randomfiles.wikispaces.com/),
and a program called GlovePIE(if you have no clue what this is, it can be found at http://carl.kenner.googlepages.com/glovepie_download)

If you would like to help, just try it and post what you think here.

It looks like a cool idea, but I don't think a wii remote and numcuck is even half as good as a keyboard... just saying, but it still seems like a cool idea.

I don't think this is even remotely possible. And legally too.

While I lol'd quite a bit at the pun  , why on earth would using a game controller to play a game be illegal? And it is quite obviously possible if he has put up a download that will do it.

People do this all the time, I set up my laptop/smartboard to use the wiimote as a laser pointer/clicker/drawer, depending on what button I press.

No, not quite as good, but if it's possible to fit on a PS2 controller, then i can do it with a wiimote/nunchuck. Hopefully... Actually, it's a lot of fun when i hook it up to my TV.

Also, just to see if i can make this a little better, as i said before, it'd be great if a coupla people could test it, and if someone could give me some feedback on what the 15 most important buttons would be..

Ummm if you're not counting the actual movement, from experience (and not necessarily in order) the most improtant buttons are...
Infantry:
Hidden/Spoiler:
1. Primary Fire
2. Secondary Fire
3. Primary Switch
4. Secondary Switch
5. Jump
6. Zoom
7. Dash
8. Roll
9. Reload
10. Enter Vehicle
11. Crouch
12. Accept Hero
13. Decline Hero
14. Pause
15. Lock On?(Magna Guards and to reserve for vehicles)
Jedi:
Hidden/Spoiler:
1. Primary Fire
2. Secondary Fire
3. Primary Switch (for Gun heroes only)
4. Secondary Switch
5. Jump
6. Dash
7. Block
8. Roll
9. Crouch
10. Zoom? (I'm fairly certian only Jango can, if that)
11. Enter Vehicle? (only certain heroes can)
12. Pause
13-15 idk...Heroes use less controls
Vehicles
Hidden/Spoiler:
1. Primary Fire
2. Secondary Fire
3. Switch Positions
4. Lock On
5. Dash
For starfighters:
6. Roll
7. Special Dodge (ingame default "c" plus a direction)
If you are counting movement as part of the 15 buttons, then I can revise some of the controls

Nah, movement is the joystick and moving the wiimote. Thanks a lot. I got most of these, but... *heads back to revise program*
