Jade Moon 1.4

Greetings again, gametoast.
Here's a new version of Jade Moon which is a bit more galactic conquest-friendly than previous versions, primarily because the reinforcement count has been reduced considerably. The other most notable change is that a UT-AT has been added to both CW and GCW eras in the regular conquest mode.
As far as screenshots, I didn't take the time to get new ones but really not a whole lot changed visually since version 1.3.
The rest of the story, including credit where credit is due, can be found in the included readme file.
