Sniper scope on 2nd zoom?

Sniper scope on 2nd zoom?
Was wondering if it was possible to have the sniper scope appear only the 2nd zoom (3rd person)

I'm assuming that you mean you zoom once into an over-the-shoulder zoomed view, and then you zoom again into the sniper scope? If so, no, this isn't possible, sorry.
