Starkiller downloaded an old beta that does not work properly in SP and not at all in MP. The link has been removed from my site. Presently the map is being reworked as two seperate maps, one for each era, and is in testing.

Hey, Steve, you could probably get all sorts of things to spawn as vehicles, ergo:be era specific. You could make things into vehicles with 0 speed on any turning or movements axis. Especially if all that changes is the landers. Who knows, maybe even neutral undestroyable objects could be spawned like vehicles, with odf changes(you might have to change classes!) This could save disk space to say the least.

Tried all that. When the objects spawn as vehicles, they do not touch the ground and do the "hover squiggle" Not realistic for a lot of objects, including Landers.

Theoretically there is away, walkers touch the ground and act like buildings, you can walk on them etc, and don't really slide off too easily. Maybe this sould be in a new thread, challenging all odf makers.

Just a bump up because Guru hasn't updated the downloadable file to the latest version of CW version and added the GCW version. In the mean time, they can be gotten here:

http://www.gametoast.com/~stevek14/ddf1.zip for CW version

and

http://www.gametoast.com/~stevek14/ddf2.zip for the GCW version
