Weird Terrain Problem *SOLVED*

Okay, I have this weird problem with my map.
Say that I want to raise or lower the terrain of any given area of my map.
It looks perfectly normal in zeroeditor.
When I munge it and try it out, the terrain is about 100 feet northwest from where it was in zeroeditor. :?

Like so:
This is where I put the raised terrain in zeroeditor:

This is where it shows up ingame:

In this screenshot I'm standing where the raised terrain should be, and the where the terrain actually is is off in the distance:

Any help?
:?:

EDIT: Oh I forgot to mention, it's the same thing with terrain textures too
EDIT (again): Yes, I tried reinstalling the mod tools, about three times, including two times re-downloading it.

Is your map a square power of two?

No, it's an 80x80 map

That's your problem. Maps must be square powers of two. What's actually happening is that the terrain raise is in the right place, but the objects are shifted.
