what program that's free can save a file as a msh file?

repsharpshooters meshtool can convert XSI-files created/saved with crosswalk to .msh
and the pandemic addon can export xsi-files to .msh, btu you need afull version of 5.X to get the exporter working

the fll version of xsi 5.x costs money, but the meshteporter also works with xsi modtool which is free

the xsiaddon comes with the modtools, its i the XSI_addon folder
