Problem installing the mod [Solved]

hello when i start the install it does not open up the install window i have tried different downloads on different browsers and have tried saving it to my hard drive but it does not work i am using windows 7 home premium by the way. if somone could provide me with a zip file containing the files that the installer downloads i could just extract the files into my gamedata folder or is it not possible to do that?

How long were you waiting for the installer to start up? It can take a while (varies from computer to computer) so be patient.

i waited more than ten minutes for it and it still did not pop up with anything at all. also it does open up a process called convopackinstaller after a while but the install window does not pop up

do you have any anti-virus application? some use to block unknown executables
