Put a little wrench next to one of the pieces and a screwdriver too and

Right now it's just a droid graveyard

Wow that's cool! No problem about the importer.
I modeled this just because it looked cool, it's an Alderann Pistol:

Sweet katana! Can't wait for it ingame.
It was pretty simple, cylinder>taper>spline>compound_boolean_subtraction + splines>extrude>chamfer_edges
I have found that detailed models can be created by just outlining parts of the model as a spline (series of lines), then you extrude it, the you chamfer (round) the edges. It's very simple and fast, yet produces accurate results.

Yep learned from the best, lol.
Ok, I need some feedback on this, I need to know if this is good enough to even bother to texture it (keep in mind it'll look better textured, and I'll add more details and refine it as well):

Wow, that's amazing, Rep!
Proportions look right, and in general looks sweet.
The shoulder guards could be a bit closer to the shoulder and a bit thicker, that's my only qualm.
Otherwise I'd say go ahead and texture it

Dude, that's sweet! Is it HALO?
Btw, Rep, can i have that old C3PO model you made?

Thanks. It's inspired by halo, but is original. I've taken elements from modern armor, halo, and roman armor.

Not too far off. Oh and that old 3po model is really crappy, I don't think it's even good enough to export.

Sweet! Where's that Ninja model! He must have that katana!
I'm just foolin around with textures, it's my first time using Gimp heavily, so it's going a little slow:
Still got a ways to go! But I think it looks cool so far, right?

Looks good

, but you might want to use more variety for your textures. Ex, gold trimings around the armor.

The visor.... just doesn't seem right to me. Everything else looks great. (But aren't his feet a bit too small?)

but yeah the feet are a bit small...
