Server problem

Server problem in swbf I can make the server and host it and its visible on the list but others can't join I would be grateful if anyone can help me.
oh and i have the version of swbf 1 that comes with rc and kotr

I have best of PC version installed on my laptop, which i also use to run the PoRCH server.
If people see 9999 ping, Its your router.
This should work for that.

Do people get booted as soon as they join, or do they get stuck on the 'loading' time counting screening after launching?
