shell issue when making a map

this shows up every time:
ERROR[levelpack shell.req]:Input file shell.req does not exist. [continuing]
1 Errors 0 Warnings

what does it mean?

It's looking for a shell.req file that doesn't exist.

You don't need to create a shell. That's the menus and stuff. You only need 'localize' and 'common' checked.
