Yeah. I looked in ALL the worlds that had trees, like Kashyyyk, Yavin IV, Endor, etc. Still couldn't find it, so I'm assuming it's a custom-made one.

Wha? I've looked through the Kashyyyk assets, and all I could find are REALLY BIG trees.

they are just slightly reskinned trees. you can find trees of such a kind in the endor, naboo yavin, dagobah and kashyyyk assets (kas_prop_treegroup)

The leaves are there, you just can't see them in ZeroEditor.

I can't find any palm tree assets, any suggestions?

Not that I know of, but alternatively you can use the one from Satti's Clone Skin Pack.

There are four models in there with "roadblock" in their names. If you are looking for actual streets/roads I suggest you download the DMI Prefab Pack.
