bases under mos eisly - Hex editing

hey guys i was wonder how i could bring those bases above ground??? there 2 of them under there. i especially wanna bring bases 7 fronm under there cus thats were my tanks spawn. any ideas??? thank you ver much for your time

Switch ZE to the layer that the bases are on, select them, hold c and use the middle mouse button to move them up and down. It's all in the documentation.

It would probably be a good idea if you specify in your topic subject that your question pertains to changes involving hex editing so as to not confuse other members.
