HTML Images....

I am trying to make a sig for another Website I belong to (
http://www.gamespot.com), and I'm trying to have an image in it. However, I do not know how to post images with HTML. Can anyone tell me the code/give me a tutorial on how to do that?
This is the Image that I want to use:
