What skinning program do you use? Paint.net or Microsoft Paint?One or the other.Say which one that you use
Anyway,the map looks good for a novice map

Maybe the vongs "lines" could be a little wider, rounded at the end. As in more pixels, see how it looks 3 wide.
And make a copy so you can't scream at me if it looks crappy.

Gimp is good. But you should use paterns etc. not just draw ligns on the original skin.

I'm not a good skinner, so make the lines a little thinner than this:
Just a suggestion.
PS. I've been looking at some pictures of the vong, and noticed that they don't really wear cloaks. You might want to make the skin for a character with tighter clothing, such as Luke.

There's a good Vong model, Qdin just finished it I believe. You might want to ask him.
