Well, as far as I know, there isn't a map where you can actually fly one (except of a testmap I had a while ago), and it isn't that easy to make captial ships (the big ones in space battles) flyable.

Well, I can't remember any game where you can fly any of this spacecraft, but the closest a game get to this is Empire at War.
