What soft are you using? The extraction won't work with WinRAR for example.
@Ratio: it's the compression ratio, it's a percentage of compressed data compared to the "raw" data. I don't think the problem is here.

think I'm using 7zip because I remember downloading it and also I don't have to open any program to open the folder and it just shows a folder with a zipper on it
About the ratio, the addme.script is the
only file that's having a problem. It just won't decompress.

would it be possible to maybe upload the addme.script uncompressed?

A "folder with a zipper on it" isn't a 7-zip archive - it's a Windows Zipped archive. 7-zip has a black and white icon with a big "7z". Try opening the archive in 7-zip and extract. I had no problem with it.

zip about computers

I wouldn't have known. Also I extracted it with 7-zip no problem but I can't test it for a while because I'm leaving right now to go camping

can someone tell me why i get this error with windows zip and winrar too? So why is only 7zip able to open it? I have no problems with other zip files.

That's because 7-zip uses a compression method wich isn't supported by other softwares like WinRAR or the basic ZIP tool from Windows. But PeaZip or IzArc, for example, fully support the 7z method.
Like Windows doesn't recognize the .7z and .rar files.

It's a matter of LZMA/LZMA2 compression. It depends of how you compress a file.

The ones you could open where probably selfextracting zip-files. You don't need 7zip for them.
The uploader/last user of the file probably made a 7-Zip file and then opened it with windows afterwards so that it had windows-explorer as a standart programm and with it the .zip picture.

I don't have it. May anyone help with this rare map? I contacted someone who had it but I got no more reply.
Btw; there are two senate chamber maps:
"Coruscant - Senate Chamber" - V.1.0 alpha - codename CSC - modeled by Gogie and mapped by Tank_Buster
and
"Senate Chamber" - codename LBS - mapped by Lord-bandu.

Hi everybody! A friend of mine told me that their is a mod for SWBFII that makes the stock maps "low resolution" ( like this:

I need this because my graphics card can't handle half of the maps then my screen gets all white or red for mustafar. I don't care if it is not online compatible, just so it works with mods that I have. The maps that don't work are:
Dagobah
Endor
Felucia
Hoth
Kamino
Kashyyyk
Mustafar
Mygeeto
Jabba's Palace
and Yavin IV.
"Help me [insert name here] you are my only hope!"
EDIT: And any Coruscant Maps' link's would be appreciated. I have City and Streets by Rends and Palpy's office. :clone:

Downscaled map-and modeltextures for Star Wars Battlefront II.
This Mod make SWBF2 playable on a older graphiccard like nVidia Geforce 2.
Textures are downscaled to:
1024x1024->256x256
512x512 ->128x128
256x256 ->64x64
128x128 ->32x32
64x64 ->16x16
32x32 ->8x8
Extract the "_LVL_PC" folder to
*LucasArtsStar Wars Battlefront IIGameDatadata
It's recommended to make a backup of old files.
Known Bugs:
Coruscant:Sky animation not work.
Hoth:Some places are greyed.
Felucia:Trees have white lights,set lightquality to middle or low.
Kamino:Has some texture bugs.
Mustafar:Lava animation doesn't work on every places.
If anybody know how to fix these bugs,tell me please.

There might be some others, like Coruscant Motordrom. But I don't have this last one.

Thank's for the links, although the low res. map replacements didn't solve my problem. Here are 2 screenshot examples of what happens to the maps I listed above. ( cerain addon maps don't work either )
Notice the only thing not all red or white is the sky. All the terrain etc. is a red, white.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
Please help!
EDIT: about the urban mappack I think this is the newer one:
