OK I have some question's, and i hope you wont think me a pest!

1,how to add water and give it a green/red tint to it?

2,how to select and use the terrain cutter?

3,how to add mist in map?

4,how to make a vehicle go faster/shoot faster and lasers recharge faster?

and then if these are answered my map is ready for BETA TEST!!

1 read Saturn's Map tutorial

2 look through the pages which follows with BFBuilder - I forgot its names, but it explains how to do this and that

3, I dunno

4, change the .ODF's along with the vehicles

For the vehciles thing you have to change the ODF.

1. Read the Zeroeditor Reference

2. Terrain cutters are attached to the models in XSI

3. have a look at the shipped Hoth map

4. Play with following settings (from Rebel combatspeeder)
vehicle ODF:
Acceleration = 5.5
Deceleration = 9.0
Traction = 20.0
ForwardSpeed = 16.0
ReverseSpeed = 14.0
StrafeSpeed = 8.0
cannon ODF:
ShotDelay = "0.3" (havn´t tested it)

Thank's for the info will try!

1. For water color, merely go to the water tool in zeroeditor and play with the color option.

2. Mist you could probably find in the rhen var assets.

3. For the speeder, you'll probably have to copy over the alliance assets to your maps side file, and then edit.

for terrain cutters, psych0fred made a great post in the Ultimate Tips And Tricks Thread, in the stickies at the top of this forum.
