I already have mine all paid off.
Getting the blue version, no launch titles as I'm waiting for OoT, Paper Mario, Mario Kart, and the new Mario 64-type game. I have White to hold me over until then, and I definitely don't want to waste money on a game to just have it as a 3DS title.

I've only got $50 paid :/
But I got the Black version
Anyway, I'm thinking of getting Pilotwings as a launch title, just to get used to the 3D effect, but I'm also waiting for the better games. Cuz the launch titles kinda suck, tbh... I'll be playing my normal DS games until OoT, Mario Kart, Star Fox, and Kid Icarus arrive.
Hoping for Super Smash Bros 3DS in the near future. With the analog stick, it's now a possibility.

Looks very good compared to other DS graphisms.

3DS looks so impressive, but I'm going to wait before getting one.

This. I don't have $250 to spend on something I probably won't play much until the 6th gen Pokemon games come out, even if it's a handheld system that is about 9 trillion times more functional than the Wii.

That and the launch titles don't interest me enough. Only one is street fighter. Splinter Cell 3D looks promising.

Just got mine at the midnight release (black, if you were wondering). I settled with PilotWings for now, just to get used to the 3D and to have something more than Augmented Reality minigames.
The system, itself, is charging right now (and boy, was it sexy when I first unpackaged it...), and I plan on playing it in the morning. Til then, night Gametoast.

Already got mine earlier this morning. I'm liking how the 3D looks, as it's not headache inducing as long as you look at it the proper way.
There is something weird about how it plays DS games, though. It's almost as if the 3DS is playing a recorded video of the game, kind of like if you downloaded a trailer of the game through the old DS Download Play feature. It's just a weird resolution difference that will take me time to adapt to.
Now the wait for an actual game worth getting for the 3DS begins...

Any lefties who own it? How does it play out left handed? That's one reason why I'm hesitant to buy one.

They put the stylus on the left, so if anything it's better for lefties this time. It's gotten to the point where it's so hard for me, a right hand user, that I just take the stylus out of my DSi and use that.

Hmmm....maybe. Haha. I'm use to removing it from the right and the moving it to my left. In the process doing something with DS with my left.
It's just the analog stub that worries me. It won't kill it for me, just hinder maybe.
All i know is I still like the handheld. Briefly tried it out at Target. Feels great. Love the 3D.
EDIT
Lefties fears aside I bought one today. Also sorry if this is double post.
I'm waiting for OoT to be my first 3ds game to buy (Getting duke on tues). The hardware is very impressive and I just smiled the whole time during set up. Only downside is the browser needs an overhaul. No adobe support (meaning no youtube) and it's kinda slow hurts.
I got my free excitebike and pokedex (Mainly for the club.nintendo coins, almost at 600). Excitebike was cool in 3d.
The AR cards are magical. Mainly the ? box.

I bought one, too. I might buy LEGO Star WArs but otherthan that I am waiting for Zelda 3d. I liked the feel of everything on the 3ds; also I enjoyed the Excitedbike 3d. Buy before July 7th, people!

I hope Nintendo starts doing more than one virtual console title a week and get some more 3d classics out there.

All I know is that I played the 3DS for the first time at a demo kiosk. All the 3D did was give me a headache, but I really like that you can just disable it entirely. Very cool. Not impressed with the 3D though.

I tend to turn it off, too, as it doesn't work too well alongside the motion controls. But if I put the 3D setting at about halfway up the slider, it's at a pretty comfortable 3D, and in my opinion it's rather impressive that way. Especially if you're playing Legend of Zelda.
