star wars weapons - semi automatic?

This shouldn't be to hard to answer, but which of the following weapons where automatic/semi-automatic:

DC-15A Blaster Rifle
DC-15S Blaster Carbine
DC-15s Sidearm Blaster
DC-17m IWS
DC-17 Repeating Hand Blaster
DC-15x Sniper Rifle
DC-19 "Stealth" Carbine
DH-17 Blaster Pistol
E-5 Blaster Rifle
E-5s Sniper Rifle
SE-14R Light Repeating Blaster
Droideka Blaster Cannons

I may have more later. Im wondering because I wanted to do something different, and if any of the regularly automatic/semi-automatic weapons are not, than that'll be an easy change that could make a big difference.

All Carbines are semi-auto (usually). All rifles are full Auto. Snipers for the most part are Semi-auto, except the E-5s Sniper rifle. Those are the only ones I can think off the top of my head.

You ever check out http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page? It has everything ever created/thought of related to star wars. You can type each one of those weapons names and get more info then you need on each one.

Sometimes however, Wookiepedia tends to contradict other websites. On Wikipedia the DC-15s Blaster Carbine is said to fire 7 shots before cooling down, which I believe corresponds with the movies (remember the Utapau bit when a clone takes down two crab droids?). But in Wookiepedia it's said to be full auto (I think).

I just looked at wookiepedia, and would it be possible to change a DC-15 carbine's odf, to make it a DC-19?

Actually for the DC-19, I plan to use the pistol that came with the game. It looks very much like the DC-19, and I didnt want to use 00M's model twice..

I have looked on wookieepedia, but to be honest they dont go so much into fireing capability, at least not further than ammo.

Hahaha, and wookieepedia doesn't just contradict others, they do it to themselves. Check out their article on the AAT - in article it says it can carry 55 missles (once these are spent it must have its entire bottom plate replaced), in the little summary box on the right, it says it can carry 2 sets of 55 missles.

Anyhow, thanks for the input guys,

heres what I have now:

DC-15A Blaster Rifle - Automatic
DC-15S Blaster Carbine - Semi-Automatic
DC-15s Sidearm Blaster - Semi-Automatic
DC-17m IWS - Rifle Automatic, Sniper Semi-Automatic, AA Semi-Automatic
DC-15x Sniper Rifle - Semi-Automatic
DC-19 Stealth Carbine - Semi-Automatic
DH-17 Blaster Pistol - Semi-Automatic
E-5 Blaster Rifle - I cant tell. I assume Automatic..but it looks like a carbine
E-5s Sniper Rifle - Automatic
SE-14R Light Repeating Blaster - Semi-Automatic
Droideka Blaster Cannons - cant tell, I assume Automatic..

Shouldn't a repeating blaster be full-auto? That's what repeating means.

Well thats part of what confuses me. In the wookieepedia article for the SE-14R Light Repeating Blaster (being the only resource I have for this weapon), it says though its classified as a Repeating Blaster, it is semi-automatic.

Well, I guess that it will always be hard to pin down the facts in a fictional universe. Also, PvtParts, although it behaves like a SA weapon, the dc-17 antiarmor is technically single-shot, because the commando reloads between each firing.

Oh yeah pardon my mistype, I understood that, just wasn't thinking when I wrote.

In ep1 the droids E-5 is semi-auto. In ep3 on Utpau theres a segmeant of a droid useing it full auto.
Carbines are usually semi-auto, but I assume there was probally some automatic varients that fired weaker shots (more like an SMG).
Droideka blasters go either way, because the entire droideka is[i/] automatic

What I did to fix the issue with the E-5 Blaster Rifle is give it two fire modes. One is full-auto and the other is semi-auto. Semi-auto is much stronger and accurate of course, to make up for the slow rate of fire. I believe that almost every gun in the Star Wars universe does this, but full-auto can overheat some weapons, like the DH-17.

So how would I go about giving it two firing modes? Do you just mean give the droid two duplicate weapons (as in two weapon slots used, for the same weapon), just 1 that fires semi and 1 that fires full auto?

Yeah, that's what you have to do.

Shh :P let him speak; maybe he has actually found some way to have firemodes? :D or maybe he jsut had the 2 weapons - rofl

2 fire modes would be pretty sick. It could be achievable if you cheated and somehow linked the secondary weapon to the primary (when you have your rifle drawn, the rifle secondary is drawn. when you have the pistol drawn, the pistol secondary is drawn). Then you could just set the primary fire to be auto, and secondary fire to be semi.

I'm sure it's possible through Coding some of the many .lua's  Ask Zerted, XWingGuy or Big_Rich :P They are the masters of codings here  lol
