how do I change buff animation?

how do I change buff animation?

I want the rep officer to have a damage increase buff but the animation I want for it is from the cis magna guard. I always really liked that hand movement animation the magna guard has so how do I change the animation for the damage boost to that OR change the poison animation to it?
