Main character/Protagonist, Atagi: Enveloping's pretty mediocre.


And the first desert creature to be set up, the Sand Floon. Body filled with a toxic (to humans) lighter-than-air gas, allowing them to float. Totally harmless unless you kill one and it explodes in your face.
^Tech stuff - made by enveloping model to stock skeleton - result is it bobs up and down, is animated (tentacle ends enveloped to neck bone) and crashes out of the air when killed. Also, for some reason (no weapon + enemies? not sure) they run away from you. Now, to fix the collision problem.......

Wow, Sky, pretty impressive. This is not related to Dark Space or that other map your were working on, right? A totally new thing?

@Nova: yep, not even SW related. Been working on it for a while though.

Looks a bit too dark, considering that the enemies also have a sandy texture. Add some moons IMO.

Yep, definitely is too dark. The Sand Floons won't be enemies though, just animals that wander around.


These, however.......

Venom Floons. Spray poison mist at player, are aggresive, and make much more damaging explosions when killed.
Look a bit goofy, hopefully the larger predators will compensate for that though.
