Welcome on gametoast man, those are nicely done for frist skins.
Anyway you should use the EDIT button instead to make a double post.

Welcome to GT, son. HoHoHo.
And a very nice skin pack you have made there.
But for the next time make sure you have a ReadMe with credits.

Looks good for your first skinpack, the skins are very creative and simple.
Welcome to GT.

If your only releasing one skin, It would be nice to do it in
The "Feel Free To Use My Skin" topic, so the released assets forum doesn't get too crowded. I like the skin, but the wrong logo is on the head of the trooper.

Not too bad, but I thought that the first one looked a bit painty.

You're probably going to hear this a bit more, but I'd recommend you to try using the "colorize" option for legion markings. Really, try it out. (I tried painting stuff on like you're doing now until I tried it out; It really looks way better and it's also a bit more easy)
To comment on your skin; The markings look like they could be really good, but I personally think it doesn't look anything like your reference picture (sorry), but keep trying, once you get the hang of it you'll learn to make progressively better skins.
