amd athlon processor for xp 2000+
512mb ram
RADEON 9000 Pro AGP (this is probably a problem for requirements so that might be the problem but i dont have a video card it will work with to test that theory)
64mb digital memory

Sounds it. It's video. I had a similar prob with Splinter Cell 2 and had to upgrade. From the looks of it, you have an old MB so the upgrade prospects are slim. The highest you can upgrade is to an ati 9800 or similar class card (everything is going PCIe 16x). Good news and bad news for that. Those cards have gotten fairly cheap, but it's hard to find the AGP version of the 9800 anymore, so online would be your best bet. Future reference: Look towards a 256 card if possible. Most modern games will run a lot smoother with it and never go minimum specs. 128 should be your minimum.

When buying a video card, remember, it's not just how much RAM, it's how well it performs.
For instance, a 64MB previous version of my 128MB card can leave the 128 in the dust because of it's efficiency (in this case, pixel pipelines and vertex shaders, lets just say, the guts of your card)
The more RAM, Pixel Pipelines and Vertex Shaders, the better
Check benchmarks before you buy the card
