I never said it was dirt.....

and it isn't snow, it looks like scratches.

the brush used, well, its mainly for snow/dust effect, i have used it before, and, i think that if they are scratches, Cookie would have used the eraser, to make it look like scratches, see that the color doesnt matches ?

Yes, but because someone used a specific brush doesn't mean it's snow. It looks a lot more like scratches to me. And not the generic, everyone-makes-them scratches, but an attempt at something new that actually comes off ok.
