after a long time of doing nothing we are working again on our Side mod.
There are still things to do and we hope to bring a release as soon as possible.

nice to see there is still this big interest in this mod.

here some new pics:

There is a new sniper scope texture,
a recolored lj-50 concussion effect,
iron sight on the dc15p and dc17m.

Maybe someone has an idea why there is no texture on the acp array gun on Coruscant. On all othere planets (i played) is the gun textured.

Yes, we are coming along.
For the beta testers it would be nice if also the old beta testers say wether they are still interested (also because I don't have them all in my head right now).

It would be nice if you could update the first post, so delete the "What's allready done:" (contains parts that are allready deleted from the mod again) and replace the "What's missing:" list with this:
Hidden/Spoiler:
-Add CTF mode
-Add Assassintation mode
-Add TeamDeathMatch mode
-Add and create new RC models with different textures
-Add RC HUD
-Add new units for CIS
-Make some general Side tweaks
-Balance Sides
This one is more compact and contains all the information an outstanding person would want to know imo. If they want the detailed version they can look it up.

This looks sweet. I think it would help if you added a couple new maps, just to keep things interesting. The mandalorian wars mod project was awesome, except it lacked new paying arenas. Otherwise, the textures look amazing. Sign me up for the beta ^-^

Is sevs voice overs the only audio ripped from republic commando or can you add scorch fixer and bosses voice overs to?

Its great that battlefront 2 modders are picking up the slack for republic commandos since no one can finish a great mod for that game... :(

CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS!! And I like the skinnier commandos better, partly because they are shiny and I like how sleek they look

Here some new pics latest changes are the mandos, and 1st perspective things, scaled geo (wings and elite). There are some problems with the scaled geo elite. Also the whole CIS get an remake (nearly at 95% finished).

I love how you can have ironsights in this mod, it's awesome and that is what will set this mod apart from all the rest once it is released.

Looking really good Anakin. I think you need to move the. Izmir closed to the player, since it appears in front of any held weapons. Other than that, nice job!

Thank you for your comments. Yes the HUD is still WIP. But i think on attaching the HUD to the FPM, so it only apears when you are on 1st perspective, and when playing the republic ;)
