Re: OBJ files?
If you are referring to Zero Editor then no. But zero Editor can export selected objects or even groups into non-UV' mapped .obj files.SkinnyODST wrote:How do I use obj files in ZE?

If you're a high school or college student, you can obtain a free student license for the full version of Softimage 2014 or 2015. http://www.autodesk.com/education/free- ... /softimageSkinnyODST wrote:Do you have to pay for it?
If not, you could always just get XSI Mod Tool 7.5, which is completely free, no license required.

Re: OBJ files?
There is no major difference between the 7.5 and 2015 version, the tools you use in 7.5 will be nearly identical in 2015.
Most newer features implemented during that time were to enhance studio productivity and will have little to no effect on hobbyist.
You don't have to be a student either, you can sign up as a "mentor" and get an educational license, unless they changed this.
I also believe educational licenses last 3 years and the scenes are version locked to student software.
