Do you have anything else to show besides one object?

And is it just a battle inside the shipped Cantina?

No, there's some outside, and I'm going to add more stuff soon. I only just started a few hours ago, and more of the work is being done on the sides and stuff.
But I will add houses and stuff around the cantina, so it's not a desert with a cantina. I also may add an Order 66 mode!

Erm, you've only been working on it for a few hours and it's already at 60%? Does that mean that you should have it completed in a few more hours?
More details would be nice--there doesn't seem to be much here yet.

What are your plans for sides?

There's no way that's 50% finished.

Or 60% either.

No, I should have it done in a day or two.
I just need someone to fix my luas and I'll be 80% done. Then all I'll need is to add some final touches to the world. Houses around the main area etc. But I'm having problems with this too. Every time I try to add something nothing appears to add, and if I click add nothing happens.

Okay, the only things left to do:
Add some houses in ZeroEditor.
Fix the Localization.
And then, I should be nearly finished.

Hmm i think this might be the shortest turnover from WIP to completed map weve ever seen on GT. GL I hope it comes out great, if you can try to strategically place the houses to create stuff like choke points and bloodbath zones

Is this the normal cantina from tatooine mos eisley?

I think, he's going to release it on april the first and say: HA! fooled you ALL!
---
If this is really all.....Than why not play Rends' Mos Eisley(not sure if he put in a cantine btw

...).. or wait for the Siege of Mos Eisley. Plenty of Tuskens and Jawa's there, and more than just a cantina. Maybe you just want to make this as a test, but if it is, why are you posting this as a W.I.P.. Sorry for reacting a bit frustrated, but I have been working on the Siege of Mos Eisley for quite some time and it will still take quite some time, and I'm sure there are loads more people who put a lot of time in their maps. Than you just come here and say, 'Hey guys, it took me a few hours but look at this. I managed to put the stock cantina into a little map, I added the jawa's as locals and, WOW, I might even place some stock houses around!'... I mean, I'm sure you can do way better than this.
Maybe you're just proud that you are really understanding this modding thing, and you are just very eager to share this with us. In that case I say: CONGRATIOLATIONS!!!

now you know how much fun it is!! Good luck! I don't want to stop you from making this kind of maps since it's great to make them and you can get a great deal of experience from it. And since posting them here is one of the few ways of getting feedback it is somewhat understandable that you did. But at the moment my feedback is: This isn't exactly what I'd call a complete map, as far as a map can be completed at 55%. It's more of a test map, wich is great(I've made loads of testmaps) but they aren't very interesting for outsiders, who aren't working on it.
It's also possible that there is just a lot you aren't showing. If that is the case, I'd like to see it and give some more feedback. But at the moment....
---
For a moment I was thinking, maybe there should be a testmap forum to show all the things people are testing. But at the same time.. this would probably end up being some kind of spam forum with loads of the same stuff and most things that people are testing can be posted in the modding forum. I would be hard to make rules for this.

!!! DONT FORGET THE RANCOR!
xD Might be worth downloading... if you add a bunch of stuff. *no offense, but seems a bit plain*

im guessing that he tries to ghet it in-game and he can't play it because the rancor prop doesn't work the way he thinks it does... you need to add the odf that the rancor prop is attached to from the assets (I believe it's tat3_rancor_pit) and then you need to munge th animation bank to get the rancor in-game without a crash. which is why he only has the ZE shot.

Okay, everyone. This map has terraformed a bit. It's no longer just the Cantina, it's a modified version of the original Mos Eisley. It's changed a lot from the picture I've included with this post. So far, the only custom side that works is froshthewookiee's Tatooine Luke. I have a lot of problems, considering I can't do a lot in ZeroEditor - the Camera is just too hard for me to use.
Oh, and the Rancor worked w/o the pit prop. The reason it was a ZeroEditor pic was because I hadn't munged at the time. The Rancor was in it, and will be re-added soon. I am trying to get rid of the Skiff too. Here's an OLD picture of it, from the original Cantina, Rancor and nothing else version:

dont be too hard on him guys he got farther than i ever did w/ ZE (i just stick to XSI now).
Now here comes the honest advice instead the polite ribbing youve been receiving BF2-Master. i say take down this WIP thread or get an admin to lock it for you until later when this map is really >50%.
You can keep saying that this map IS >50% but if that really is true then theres not much of a map to be had here anyways
